• A team of physios and doctors monitor your recovery remotely
• Arrange a telephone consultation if more information is required, or to further optimise the treatment plan

Who can take part?

• Adults aged 18-75 registered with a Camden GP for lower back pain.
• Up to 500 patients will be enrolled on a first-come-first-served basis.
