iCope (Camden and Islington Psychological Therapies Services)
The West Hampstead Medical Centre has two psychological therapists and one psychological wellbeing practitioner provided by the Camden and Islington iCOPE Psychological Therapies Service. There are times when everyone feels stressed or unhappy. Generally these times pass, but sometimes there are problems that do not go away and it can be harder to cope with them. At some point in their life, one in four people feels this way. If you need support you can refer yourself through the iCope website or by phoning 020 3317 5600. You can also ask your GP to refer you directly to the psychology service.
THE ICOPE WEBSITE is also a great resource to find free, confidential help for problems such as stress, worry, depression and insomnia.

If mental health problems are getting the better of you, try online therapy with ieso. ieso therapists provide text-based cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) informed by a scientific understanding of what works, why it works and when it works best. ieso is free and available to many NHS patients across the UK. It only takes a minute or two to check if you're eligible for treatment.
