We are now accepting NHS patients who live outside our catchment area.
If in the rare event of a home visit being required patients living outside of practice map area you will be visited by a GP from a practice nearer their location. Please note if you are likely to require home visits i.e. housebound/mobility issues, then please register with a practice more local to you.
If you are on medication please book an appointment with the doctor for a medication review when you attend to register. Your medical notes may well take a couple of months to arrive and we cannot prescribe for newly registered patients for whom we do not yet have the notes and have not been reviewed by a doctor.
There are now two ways to register- either by completing the entire process online or by coming in and completing the "in person" registration. Either results in full registration- it is purely personal preference.

We encourage anyone who can to register online as this avoids unnecessary commuting and waiting - it is also quicker and can be done at your convenience 24 hours a day.
Please email us a proof of your address. This should be a document such as a utility bill or bank statement. It should be from the last four months and must be in your name. You will also need to email us in an official document with photo showing your identity such as a passport or UK driving licence and the completed patient health questionnaire. Please allow two working days for us to process your registration application (after submitting your online registration - with the required documentation) prior to booking an appointment. If you need anything more sooner please call the surgery and speak to a member of reception.

- Monday- 08:30-12:30, 14:00-17:30
- Tuesday- 08:30 - 17:30
- Wednesday- 08:30-11:30, 14:00- 18:30
- Thursday- 09:00 - 18:30
- Friday- 08:30 - 12:30, 14:00 - 17:30

If you are registering as a family, you all need to attend (including children).
If you have been registered with an NHS doctor before please ensure you bring in your NHS Number- this can be found on your medical card. If you have lost or misplaced your medical card, you can obtain your NHS number by phoning your previous GP. To register you we will need the details of your previous GP, please ensure you have these when registering.
